1:00 PM – Program begins
6:00 PM – Reception
Thursday, October 23rd
8:00 AM – Presentations all day
Noon – Lunch included
6:00 PM – President’s Reception
7:00 PM – Awards Banquet to end the meeting

Ground Transportation from the Idaho Falls Airport:
There are two buses from Idaho Falls on Tuesday, Oct 21st. One leaves at 2:15 PM, and the other leaves at 3:55 PM. The cost is $35.35 and $32.35.
There is a return bus on Friday, but only one; it leaves at 9:50 AM for $40.05.

The cost of an Uber one way is around $120.
Rental cars:
Cars range from $202-$240 to rent the car for the entire trip, but these prices were for rental companies away from the airport. If you rent from the airport, expect to pay roughly $150 more, but prices were around $300 on Expedia.
